Our designated delivery partner is ZAJEL Courier Services, although another suitable courier may be used where necessary.

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are:

• Dubai: Free delivery on orders above AED 99.
• Other Emirates: Free shipping on orders above AED 149.
• Orders below AED 99: A standard delivery fee of AED 15 applies.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout. Where the free-shipping threshold differs by location, the relevant location-based threshold applies.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is generally 2–3 working days across the UAE.

Delivery estimates may vary due to public holidays, courier operations, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate timely delivery but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time unless expressly confirmed.
