Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are as follows, subject to the terms displayed at checkout:

• Dubai: Free delivery on eligible orders above AED 99.
• Other Emirates: Free shipping on eligible orders above AED 149.
• Orders below AED 99: A standard delivery fee of AED 15 applies.

Where applicable, delivery fees and COD charges will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time across the UAE is generally 2–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of public holidays, courier operations, weather conditions, inaccurate delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
